El treball explica, per primera vegada, que CIL VI 30553, 1, és, en realitat un doblet no identificat de CIL VI 13148 (més Additamenta p. 3512). Es localitza la inscripció a la Galleria Lapidaria dels Museus Vaticans en un frontal de sarcòfag (n. inventari 5649) i es presenta una nova edició a partir de CIL i de l’autopsia. This paper shows for the first time that CIL VI 30553, 1 is in fact a double edition not identified of CIL VI 13148 (plus Additamenta p. 3512). We localize the inscription at the Musei Vaticani’s Galleria Lapidaria, in a front of sarcophag (inventory n. 5649) and we present a new edition from previous CIL editions and our autopsy.
Gothic chiaroscuro in nathaniel hawthorne's the house of the seven gables and Toni Morrison's Beloved

Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The House of the Seven Gables and Toni Morrison’s Beloved share some important elements of the gothic tradition. One of the most complex themes of these two gothic romances is the past and its haunting. Whereas in Seven Gables the theme of the past is linked with the decline of “aristocracy” (colonialism) and growth of democracy; in Beloved it is closely associated with the theme of race. Both stories are haunted by the ghosts of the colonial past, addressing the connections between colonialism and the Negro. El trabajo de investigación realizado sobre las adaptaciones audiovisuales de la obra literaria de Valle-Inclán, es un estudio que tiene presentes las dificultades escénicas que supone la representación de su teatro, y cómo el nacimiento del cine pudo influir en dicha evolución.
